The Alliance is sponsoring this family-friendly event so that our members, their families, and physician friends who may not be Alliance members, can reconnect as a community and enjoy support from one another.

Pasta, wine, Lagunitas Beer and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. Your spouse, children, and physician friends are invited.

Please register all attendees by Wed. Nov. 1, so we can accurately provide food and beverages.

• You are welcome to register you, your family, and up to 2 physician friends and their families for this event.
