Hearts Luncheon
A Benefit for the Roseland Children's Health Center - Celebrating 10 years of Sharing
The 10th Annual Sharing Our Hearts Anniversary Luncheon was held February 13th, 2008 at the beautiful Santa Rosa Golf Country Club, a perfect backdrop and splendid sunny day was enjoyed by all. A net profit of over $31,000 was raised for the Roseland Children's Health Center, a program of Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County. This is a phenomenal amount for a luncheon fundraiser!
Our featured speaker was Molly Murphy MacGregor, founder of the National Women’s History Project. It was a joy to have her back to “Celebrate 10 years of Sharing”. She involved the audience giving individuals a chance to express themselves which made for a warm and memorable anniversary.
A special thanks to Karen Erickson, the Board President of Community Action Partnership of Sonoma County, who reminded the guests why we host this annual event, the urgency around children’s health care and what the clinic is doing for the community.
A special thanks to Karen Hanahan for donating the Cancun trip and all her selfless donations from the heart. Thanks for sharing and caring. The winner to our splendid Mexican Get-Away was Gayle Peterson. We wish her a fun and exciting travel to the Royal Sands, located on the white sandy beaches of Cancun. Enjoy!

The Roseland Children's Health Center, a program of Community Action Partnership Sonoma County, has become a critical resource for affordable pediatric primary health care and is the medical home for more than 3000 children from low-income families.
